Choose a scent for a specific ritual so that your subconscious associates this action with the scent and makes it easier for you to get involved in this ritual.
Example : Evening routine Safe Angel - your subconscious will then associate “evening routine” with this scent and automatically switches to relax mode just when you smell it/light it.
Ideal trick in stressful times when you find it difficult to switch off - because especially with scent, you can steer the subconscious in a certain mental direction.
Application:
Ideally, light it in an incense holder until the tip catches fire, blow out and let the smoke spread gently throughout the room.
Tip : if you don't want to burn a whole stick, just squeeze it out in some sand/rough surface and reuse it next time.
